What this site collects

If you fill out the contact form, Jake receives the name, email, phone number, and message you choose to provide. That is it. The form is hosted by Netlify, which stores and emails submissions so Jake can read and reply to them.

Please keep it general

The contact form is for scheduling and general questions only. It is not a secure channel and it is not a clinical intake. Please do not send medical, mental health, or other sensitive personal details through it. If we work together, anything sensitive is handled inside your coaching agreement, not through this website.

No tracking, no ads

This site runs no advertising trackers, no third party analytics that profile you, and no social media pixels. It does not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever. The only cookies are the essential ones a basic website needs to function.

How long Jake keeps it

Jake keeps your message as long as needed to respond and to stay in touch about coaching, and no longer than necessary. You can ask him to delete your information at any time and he will.

Your choices and rights

Want to see, correct, or delete what Jake has? Just ask. He will take care of it promptly. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict its use.

We do not sell or share your data

Jake never sells, rents, or shares your personal information with anyone for advertising or any other purpose. There is no data to opt out of, because none is sold or shared.

California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. This site does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, just contact Jake.

EU and UK visitors (GDPR and UK-GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. The lawful basis for handling your message is your consent and Jake's legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking Jake to delete your information.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Jake does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted the site, let Jake know and he will delete it.
